With now three full days of data, this how the LoR meta looks like (source: Balco) when you look at decks at Plat+ and with play rates above 1%:
As usual, the "too early to tell" caveat applies (LoR's Meta has a wonderful capacity to shift, and new decks pop up) – that being said, and when comparing with how the data looked yesterday or two days ago, there are indeed clear trends.
Top Dogs
These are the three best-performing decks currently – the competition is fierce, though, and the gap separating these from the rest of the frontrunners (Pirates & Pantheon) is now very slim.

Tryndamere Trundle
This cold-loving pair has wrestled the Meta King crown from Sion's cold, revenanting hands, and is especially happy to bump into Ezreal Caitlyn, Pirates or Lux Jayce – while having game against pretty much most other popular choices.
Its Achilles' heel are Sun Disc and Taliyah Ziggs, and seems to have a lot of trouble with Viego Shurima.
Draven Sion
The Discard package is once again – as it used to be when Sion was released – at the top of the food chain.
It has some trouble against Pirates, a slight disadvantage against TryTrund, and seems to have a horrible time against Ezreal Heimerdinger, which may explain the latter's recent success.
Against everything else, put your money where the axes are.
Taliyah Ziggs
Pirates and Yuumi Pantheon make the Landmark Duo real sad, and Discard ain't a source of joy, either…
… most other popular choices though, TalZi just runs over. Including a fairly favorable matchup against both the most popular deck (Sun Disc) and the current Top Dog (TryTrund, see above).
Cool New Kids
These are decks that, until now, had never been seen at the top of the Performance charts.

Lux Jayce
The six-mana kids have lost a tiny bit of their initial impulse, but are still one of the best-performing decks.
Their matchup table is not exactly rosy, though: unlike TalZi, Lux Jayce has it rough against both the most popular deck (Sun Disc) and the current Top Dog (TryTrund, see above), fold before Yuumi Pantheon, and are a bit of an underdog to Discard.
Their main edge seems to be against weaker decks, like Ashe LeBlanc or Elites.
And cutting The Forge of Tomorrow seems to be the right direction for this deck.
Viego Shurima
No one is happiest with the ascension of TryTrund to King of the Meta as the Shirtless King: Viego has an excellent matchup there.
Rest ain't rosy, though – Pirates and Ezreal Caitlyn are rough, Sun Disc is slightly unfavored, and so is Discard.
Malphite Taliyah
MalTal pilots seem to have agreed on the best build and abandoned the weakest version, which were polluting this archetype yesterday – MalTal is one of the few decks that has noticeably improved its performance in the last 24 hours.
It gets absolutely murdered by Pirates (82% for Miss Fortune's crew, which is probably one of the most lopsided matches in LoR), and both Discard and Yuumi Panth are an uphill struggle – but the rest of the field seems from even to favored.
Ezreal Heimerdinger
The newly new kid on the block (did not appear in the data until late yesterday), this hirsute duo has gained some traction although is far from a safe bet: TryTrund, Lux Jayce and YuuPa are all rough matchups, and it seems to prey mostly on weaker decks – the one notably exception being Discard, in which Hezzy is clearly favorite.
The Spice Must Flow
Looking for something not at the top of the popularity charts?
Here are two lists that are doing very well across a fairly large (200+) number of games, then: Fizz Aphelios (BC) Â and Nasus Viego .
